A Low Imperforate Anus in a Boy:

Note the white line indicating the fistula of the end of the intestine to the skin.  In this patient the fistula is not to the bladder or to the urethra.

It is necessary to demonstrate that the imperforate anus is low and the operation will be only an anoplasty.
